Which Lapland airport you should actually fly into
There are four practical gateways from Helsinki, and the right one is decided by where you sleep, not by the fare. Rovaniemi serves the city itself, Ounasvaara and the eastern road. Kittilä is the short transfer for Levi and Ylläs. Ivalo covers Saariselkä and Inari, the far north. Kuusamo is the one for Ruka.
